Ukrainian Perl Workshop 2008 “Perl Mova”

“Perl Mova” is the first Ukrainian Perl Workshop which took place on February 23, 2008 in Kiev (or Kyiv, if you prefer). Time: 9 a.m. through 6 p.m.

Perl Nova? Perl Move? Perl Movie?

The name “Perl Mova” simply means “Perl Language” in Ukrainian. Later Act framework will be translated into Ukrainian so further events will use Ukrainian on their web-sites.

Lingua

Primary languages of the wokrshop are Ukrainian and Russian. We are glad that several talks are in English. Please refer to the schedule for details.

Visas

People from the EU, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Japan, Andorra, Vatican, Iceland, Monaco, Norway and San Marino may visit Ukraine without visas. Just jump into the plain! More information about how to get to Kiev you may find at Go2Kiev.com web-site. Hotels are also listed there.

Accommodation and the Venue

There are plenty of hotels in the center of Kiev and in remote parts ot the city. You could choose any hotel in the center near subway station ‘Palats Sportu’. Or select any remote hotel which is near another station of Green line. Venue details are in the news.

Attendee’s Fee

Attendees are welcome free of charge.

What is it look like?

Moscow.pm already had hold a very successful event in Russia in October, 2007 and we now wish to meet people from Ukrane and Europe. You may explore how our first Russian Perl Workshop was held.
